Pricing and fees
Joining NexusXchange is free. We charge a small fee when we connect people, and we never take a share of the price of a device, a part or a repair. All amounts are in Indian rupees (INR).
What we charge

What we do not charge
- Registering and creating an account is free.
- NexusXchange does not hold or take a share of the price of a device, part or repair. That amount is agreed and paid directly between the people involved (for repairs, between the buyer and the shop). Repair quotes show the labour, parts, e-waste fee and GST before you accept; quotes are valid for 48 hours.
- There are no hidden charges: every fee above is shown before you pay it.
Payments, refunds and changes
- Fees are paid online through our payment gateway. We do not store card or bank details.
- The ₹9 match fee is generally non-refundable once the paid introduction or feature has been provided, because it pays for access to the matching and communication tools, not the result of a transaction. We review duplicate or incorrect charges, a feature not being provided, and refunds required by law. Nothing here limits a legal remedy. See the Terms for how to raise a concern.
- Fees may change in future. A change does not affect a fee you have already paid.
