Terms

Operating terms for the NexusXchange beta

Last updated April 17, 2026. These terms summarize how NexusXchange expects sellers, buyers, and shops to use the beta product while the marketplace model is still being validated.

Roles and eligibility

  • Users are responsible for selecting the correct role and providing accurate listing or request details.
  • Shops should only participate if they can inspect condition, fitment, and installation safely.
  • NexusXchange may restrict or remove access during beta if account behavior creates trust or payment risk.

Bookings and payments

  • Buyer reservations are used to confirm intent before a coordinated shop visit.
  • Final release of funds depends on the in-person verification flow and successful completion of the booking.
  • Fees, payout logic, and refund rules may be adjusted while the beta operating model is still being validated.

Verification and disputes

  • Certified shops are expected to validate compatibility before any swap is finalized.
  • Sellers and buyers should not bypass the platform workflow if they want NexusXchange support on a transaction.
  • Disputes should be reported promptly through the support channel so payment and booking records can be reviewed.

Beta limitations

  • The product is still evolving, so availability, coverage zones, and product rules can change.
  • Temporary interruptions may happen while onboarding, risk controls, or partner operations are still maturing.
  • Using the beta means accepting that workflows, pricing, and scope can be updated as the model is refined.
