Terms for NexusXchange sponsors

Last updated October 2026. These terms apply when a business registers as a sponsor or submits paid advertising. Read them with the general terms and Privacy Policy.

Sponsor account and approval

  • Sponsors must provide accurate business, contact, tax and verification information requested for onboarding and keep it current. NexusXchange may approve, reject, pause or remove a sponsor account for compliance, safety or operational reasons.
  • Only users authorised by the business may submit or manage its advertisements. Keep account credentials secure and notify support of suspected unauthorised access.

Advertising material and claims

  • You are responsible for having rights to all submitted text, images, logos, offers and other material, and for ensuring that it is accurate, lawful and not misleading or harmful.
  • Your advertisements must comply with applicable Indian advertising, consumer-protection, intellectual-property, product-safety and sector-specific laws. Do not submit unlawful, counterfeit, prohibited or deceptive promotions.
  • NexusXchange may review, reject, pause or remove advertisements that breach these terms or applicable law. You must promptly correct a claim or offer that becomes inaccurate or unavailable.

Placement, fees and cancellation

  • Before an advertisement is purchased, the platform will show the available placement, duration, price, applicable taxes and any material limits. A placement is subject to inventory and approval; no specific reach, clicks, leads, sales or business result is guaranteed.
  • Payment, cancellation, make-good and refund terms are those shown at checkout and remain subject to applicable law. These terms do not exclude a refund or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
  • NexusXchange may label and display paid or sponsored content distinctly from ordinary listings as required by law. Sponsors must provide information needed for legally required disclosures.

Data, privacy and liability

  • Sponsors must use information received through the platform only for the purpose disclosed and permitted, protect it, and not scrape, sell or contact users outside the permissions and consents provided.
  • See the Privacy Policy linked below for how NexusXchange handles personal data. You must maintain your own privacy notice and lawful basis where you collect personal data through an advertisement or linked service.
  • To the extent permitted by law, NexusXchange is not responsible for sponsor products, services or advertising claims. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Complaints and governing law

  • Contact support@nexusxchange.co.in for an advertising issue. We aim to acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and resolve them within the period required by applicable law; this is not a deadline limiting a user's right to complain.
  • These terms are governed by Indian law, subject to mandatory rights and remedies available under law.
